If you don't like your purchase for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer product replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. You can receive store credit, or a different product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return/exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps: 

1. Send us a message at info@oshunlab.com, stating your email address and order type
2. State the products you wish to exchange from your order

• It may take up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement product, or store credit
• Customer may be responsible for shipping fees of returned product
• Packages that are lost or damaged during shipment may be replaced at the discretion of OshunLab, LLC.
